Acai Berry Breakfast Bowl
A thick blended acai base topped with blueberries, raspberries, and crunchy granola, spooned and eaten rather than sipped through a straw.
The key to a spoonable acai bowl is using less liquid than you would for a smoothie, so the base stays thick enough to hold its toppings without sinking. Frozen banana adds natural sweetness and body without watering down the acai flavor. Arrange the toppings in neat rows or clusters so every spoonful gets a mix of textures.

Method
Tap a number to mark a step doneBreak the frozen acai packets into chunks and add them to a blender with the frozen banana, milk, and honey.
Blend on low, pushing the mixture down as needed, until it forms a thick, smooth base just loose enough to pour.
Divide the acai base between two bowls, smoothing the tops with the back of a spoon until level.
Arrange the blueberries and raspberries in separate sections over the top of each bowl, keeping the colors distinct.
Add a few slices of fresh banana alongside the berries, filling in any open spots left on top.
Finish with a layer of granola across the center and serve immediately with a spoon while it is cold.
Kitchen note
Use as little liquid as the blender needs to keep moving; a thinner base turns the bowl into a drink instead of something you can top and eat with a spoon.
