What you will do

  • Manage lighting, audio and setup for filming within our test kitchen
  • Edit footage into short, focused clips suited to our recipe pages
  • Keep a consistent look and pacing across videos published on the site

What you bring

  • Experience producing and editing short form video content

  • Track ingredient substitutions and note where a recipe can flex for common dietary needs
  • Collaborate with the test kitchen lead on seasonal menus and recurring series
  • Keep detailed notes on each round of testing so recipes can be revisited and improved over time

What you bring

  • Several years of hands on cooking experience, professional or serious home cooking both considered
  • Strong sense of flavor balance and the patience to test a dish more than once
  • Comfortable writing in plain, precise language that a first time cook can follow
  • Working knowledge of ingredient substitutions and common dietary adjustments
  • Organized approach to testing, note taking and version tracking
  • Able to work on site in our test kitchen on a regular schedule
