1. Who we are

Jaimes Recipes (https://jaimesrecipes.com) is operated by JAIMES LLC, 121 NE 29TH ST, POMPANO, FL 33064, USA ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the site, create an account, become a member, buy from our shop or contact us, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a one-way hashed version of your password. We never store your password in readable form.
• Membership and order records: plan, price, dates, shipping address, items purchased and the brand and last four digits of the card used. Full card numbers and security codes are validated and then discarded; they are never saved.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form, plus the IP address it came from, to help us fight spam.
• Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and browser storage that remembers your cart and cookie-notice choice.

3. How we use it

We use personal information to run your account, unlock members recipes, fulfil and support orders, answer messages, send transactional emails such as receipts and password resets, keep the site secure and comply with law. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example hosting, email delivery and shipping carriers), under contracts that limit their use of it, or when required by law. If JAIMES LLC is involved in a merger or sale, information may transfer to the successor under this policy.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open. Order and membership records are kept for up to seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Contact messages are deleted after 24 months. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

6. Your choices and rights

You can review and update your details from your account page, cancel a membership online, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@jaimesrecipes.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, and we honor them regardless of location.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, prepared database queries and restricted server access. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse of your account.

8. Children

Jaimes Recipes is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
