1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of https://jaimesrecipes.com and the services offered by JAIMES LLC under the Jaimes Recipes name. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are used to abuse the site, scrape content in bulk or violate these terms.

3. Memberships

Memberships cost $7.99 per month or $69.99 per year (USD), unless a different price is shown at checkout. Membership unlocks recipes marked for members for the paid period and renews for the same period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the canceled period. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice before your next renewal.

4. Shop orders

Product descriptions and prices are provided in good faith, but errors can happen. We may cancel an order affected by a pricing or stock error and refund any payment. Title and risk of loss pass to you when an order is delivered to the carrier. Returns are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Our content

Recipes, text, design and photographs on the site are owned by JAIMES LLC or used under license, including photographs from Pexels. You may cook from our recipes, print them for personal use and share links. You may not republish recipes in full, remove credits, or use our content to train commercial products without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt to access other accounts, post unlawful content, or use automated tools to copy the recipe database or bypass the members paywall.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, JAIMES LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Please also read our Disclaimer.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, USA, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
